Paid Search Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to drive traffic, conversions, and growth for multiple client accounts or internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google ad campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads (1+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of PPC, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
