Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing social media content, analyzing performance metrics, maintaining brand presence across various platforms, and collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with company goals. The candidate will be expected to drive engagement, grow social media reach, and support digital marketing efforts to enhance customer connections. Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Content Creation, and growing brand visibility on various platforms Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing and general marketing strategies Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and engage with audiences effectively Proficiency in analytics tools to track and improve campaign performance Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
