About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Head to lead our online presence and digital branding efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.
• Create, curate, and oversee engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, videos, graphics, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive targeted traffic and leads.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI).
• Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage influencer partnerships, collaborations, and social media contests.
• Supervise junior social media executives or interns (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights), and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and make strategic decisions.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team and multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Salary Range:

₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set)
