We are seeking a skilled and motivated Node.js Backend Developer to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend services for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.
• Work with Express.js or similar frameworks to structure backend applications.
• Design and manage MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other database schemas and queries.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver full-stack features.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Node.js backend development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency with Express.js, Nest.js (optional), or similar frameworks.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience working with Git and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, Docker, or serverless architecture.
• Exposure to frontend technologies (React/Vue) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
