Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager located in Hyderabad. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing social media accounts. Day-to-day tasks include social media marketing, communication with followers, content strategy development, and social media optimization (SMO). Additionally, the Social Media Marketing Manager will collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance our online presence and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity.
  • Manage end-to-end content planning, scheduling, and publishing across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Oversee and optimise paid ad campaigns to improve reach and conversions.
  • Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create engaging and trend-driven content.
  • Monitor social trends, competitors, and audience insights to guide creative strategy.
  • Prepare monthly reports on engagement, follower growth, and ROI.
  • Experience in developing Content Strategies
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing techniques
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the personal care industry is a plus
