JOB DESCRIPTION: Site Supervision including Co-ordination of Man, Materials & Equipment Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility. Supervise the carpentry, civil, plumbing, electricals, and all work execution of interiors. Should be able to manage the ground-level workers and assign tasks. Should be able to read technical drawings and execute according to them. Problem solving orientation, and communication abilities with workers. Should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of interior design aspects. Checking of quality as per specification. Interaction with Clients and communication. Planning of work & executing in an organized and timely manner. Helping coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment. REQUIREMENTS: Must have knowledge about AutoCAD, MS Office. Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion. 4. Work to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion. 6. Work to deal with the management of junior & intermediate designers on the team. 7.
