Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and manage the social media presence for Acropink and its portfolio of clients. This role involves developing digital strategies, curating content, managing online communities, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. You’ll work closely with the design, video, and account management teams to create compelling social experiences that drive engagement, visibility, and growth.

We prefer candidates who are available to join immediately or from next week.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement monthly social media strategies and content calendars for Acropink and multiple clients.

• Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content including copy, visuals, captions, reels, carousels, and stories.

• Collaborate with in-house design, video, and account teams to ensure creative alignment with brand goals.

• Monitor trends, memes, and cultural moments to integrate real-time marketing opportunities.

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, and track performance metrics.

• Build, grow, and manage online communities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.

• Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and share insights with internal teams and clients.

• Manage client expectations and participate in review meetings with clear communication and strategy.

• Identify new growth opportunities including influencer collaborations, trend campaigns, and content innovations.

• Maintain brand voice and aesthetics consistently across all platforms.


Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.

• Strong knowledge of content strategy, digital trends, and platform specific best practices.

• Proficiency in writing creative captions, planning content formats, and visual storytelling.

• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.

• Knowledge of paid promotions, targeting, and insights analysis.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.


Bonus Skills:

• Experience in influencer marketing or collaborations.

• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools including Google Analytics.

• Photography or videography direction experience is a plus.

• Crisis management and brand reputation monitoring capabilities.
