The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketer who can manage multi-platform accounts, drive content execution, and work closely with video editors while delivering consistent, high-quality posts across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple social accounts with consistent, high-quality posting.
• Coordinate with video editors to produce engaging videos daily.
• Plan content calendars based on trends and audience insights.
• Write short captions, hooks and creative post ideas regularly.
• Track reach, engagement and growth with simple weekly reports.
• Use AI tools to generate ideas, scripts and captions.
• Communicate clearly with editors and teams for smooth workflows.
• Work independently while contributing creative improvements to content.

Required Skills

• 6–12 months experience managing social media content and posting.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts and TikTok trends.
• Good communication and crisp caption-writing abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong interest in video-first content.
• Basic AI tool usage for captions, scripts and ideas.
• Ability to multitask and manage accounts independently.
