About the Role

If you're uncomfortable on camera, don’t waste your time. We need someone who can confidently appear in video ads, reels, TikToks, and short-form content

What You’ll Do

• Appear on-camera for short-form videos, ads, and brand content.
• Ideate, script, shoot, and edit content daily.
• Create clean, attractive Canva designs (thumbnails, social posts, covers).
• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Work directly with marketing and the founders to execute fast.
• Analyse performance, scale what works, cut what doesn’t.
• Bring original, fresh ideas — no waiting for instructions.

What We’re Looking For

• Genuinely confident on camera — this is non-negotiable.
• Strong understanding of short-form content, trends, hooks, and storytelling.
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
• Solid Canva design ability.
• Excellent English and clear communication.
• A portfolio of past content (reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Proactive, hungry, and able to move fast without hand-holding.
