The role involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting staff, and ensuring efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers, etc.) Handle phone calls, visitors, and front-desk activities. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required. Support HR and accounts teams with documentation and filing. Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel if needed. Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises in coordination with housekeeping staff. Maintain records, data entry, and basic reporting. Provide general administrative support to staff and management. Requirements: Graduate (preferred) with 1–3 years of experience in office administration/assistant roles. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication skills in English and Tamil. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in handling front-office/reception duties. Knowledge of basic accounting entries and documentation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
