Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for various clients, aligned with their business objectives and target audiences. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights to inform content strategy. Develop detailed content calendars, outlining themes, formats, and posting schedules across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube). Content Creation & Curation: Create compelling, high-quality, and on-brand content, including but not limited to: engaging captions, visually appealing graphics (static and animated), short-form videos like reels, stories, and interactive polls/quizzes. Collaborate with the in-house creative team (photographers, videographers, designers) to produce original and high-quality visual assets. Curate relevant third-party content and user-generated content to complement original posts. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, platform best practices, and current trends. Community Management & Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with online communities, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates. Identify opportunities for organic growth and community building. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, website traffic) using various analytics tools. Prepare regular performance reports for clients, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually optimize strategies. Client Communication & Relationship Management: Support coordination with client communication, providing updates on social media performance and seeking feedback.
