B2B Social Media Marketing Associate

Your day to day responsibilities shall encompass:

• Develop and execute day-to-day

  B2B social media content and campaigns

  aligned with business goals.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content: posts, thought leadership pieces, product updates, client success stories, short-form video content, and more.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure timely execution.
• Engage with industry conversations, communities, and decision-makers to build DeltaX’s voice.
• Track performance metrics, optimize content, and prepare monthly reporting on engagement and lead-generation impact.
• Work with leadership, product, and design teams to translate SaaS offerings into simple, compelling narratives.
• Partner with sales, product marketing, and leadership to

  amplify content for demand generation and brand awareness

• Support

  executive thought leadership

  (LinkedIn ghostwriting, social strategy for key leaders).

What you’ll need to succeed in the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field

  (mandatory).

• 2-4 years of experience

  in B2B marketing (agency or client side).

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

  with the ability to create professional, concise, and impactful content.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other B2B channels.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
