Position Objective: You will develop and execute social media strategies to generate leads, acquire customers and boost brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective social media marketing strategies.

· Content Creation: Make posts in different formats.

· Lead Generation: Design campaigns to attract and convert leads.

· Platform Management: Oversee LinkedIn, Google and manage website content.

· Analytics: Track, analyse and report on campaign performance.

· Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and tools.

· Artificial Intelligence: Experiment with AI-powered tools to automate and scale content creation, to create videos, design graphics, schedule posts, track performance and engage with audiences and manage campaigns effectively.

Qualifications:

· In-depth understanding of LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other social platforms

· Comfortable using Canva, Adobe tools and similar apps to create designs, graphics and videos for social media and marketing purposes.
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.

· Proficient in handling website content writing, editing and optimizing & ensuring it’s aligned with audience needs.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing or AI are a plus.

Skills:

· Expertise in social media platforms, analytics tools, creative skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
