Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. This role will involve developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, a strong understanding of social media trends, and a passion for creating compelling content. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and target audience. Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others) to increase brand visibility and drive engagement. Community Engagement: Build and nurture a community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and initiating conversations to strengthen customer relationships. Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to support brand initiatives, including promotions, product launches, and other marketing activities. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement. Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with the company’s brand voice, values, and overall messaging. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to our strategies to stay ahead of the curve. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to create cohesive campaigns and integrated marketing strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT services, digital marketing, or technology sector. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and produce unique content. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
