Role Overview

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Manage day-to-day content calendars, scheduling, and community engagement.
Collaborate with design, content, and video teams for campaign execution.
Write on-brand, engaging copy for posts and campaigns.
Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Track and report performance metrics, providing insights and improvements.
Stay updated with social trends, platform updates, and new content formats.
Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset.
