What Youll Do As a Social Media Manager, youll lead the organic growth of our brand across digital platforms. Youll create high- impact social strategies, produce engaging video and podcast content, and connect with audiences through authentic storytelling. This is a hands-on creative role where strategy meets execution.

What Were Looking For Were seeking a creative, data-driven storyteller with a strong sense of digital community building. Youll t right in if you have: 24 years of experience in social media management (preferably in EdTech or education). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with condence in front of the camera. Deep understanding of social media platforms, storytelling, and content trends. Familiarity with video production, reels, and inuencer collaborations. Strong creative and analytical thinking, with a collaborative work style. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or a related eld. Your day-to-day will include: Developing and executing organic social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X). Planning and managing a content calendar that aligns with campaigns, launches, and academic seasons. Being an on-camera presenter for videos, explainers, interviews, and podcasts. Collaborating with marketing, creative, and academic teams to produce engaging, educational content. Monitoring social media analytics and optimizing content based on performance insights. Engaging with the online community responding to messages, comments, and discussions. Staying updated on social trends, platform updates, and EdTech developments to keep the brand ahead. Coordinating with design and video production teams for consistent brand storytelling. Using social media tools and dashboards to track performance and report results.
