The ideal candidate will be a people’s person with strong communication and leadership skills, capable of managing large groups while ensuring smooth collaboration and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and grow a community of influencers in Jaipur and nearby regions. Foster meaningful relationships with community members and maintain ongoing engagement. Organize and coordinate community meet-ups, campaigns, and collaboration. Act as the primary point of contact between the brand and influencers. Monitor community sentiment and share insights with internal teams. Ensure seamless communication and conflict resolution within the community. Travel frequently within Jaipur and nearby regions for events, meetings, and activations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager , Community Manager , or in a PR agency role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Ability to manage large groups and drive community initiatives effectively.
