Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute our digital presence for a listed financial services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our brand across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), WhatsApp, TikTok, and Threads. This role requires expertise in content strategy, analytics, reporting, and regulatory compliance in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

● Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored for the financial services industry.

● Ensure brand consistency and compliance with SEBI and other regulatory guidelines.

● Oversee organic and paid social media campaigns, optimizing reach and engagement.

Content Creation & Community Engagement:

● Collaborate with content creators, designers, and financial experts to develop insightful and engaging content.

● Manage content calendars, ensuring a mix of market insights, financial education, investor relations updates, and brand promotions.

● Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and maintain trust and credibility.

Analytics & Reporting:

● Track key performance metrics (engagement, conversions, sentiment analysis, etc.).

● Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and social media ROI.

● Provide data-driven insights to enhance social media strategies and executive decision-making.

Regulatory Compliance & Crisis Management:

● Monitor industry regulations and ensure that all communications adhere to compliance guidelines.

● Manage social media during market-sensitive events, financial disclosures, and PR crises.

Requirements:

● Experience: 3+ years in social media management, preferably in financial services or a listed company.

● Skills:

○ Strong writing, analytical, and reporting skills.

○ Proficiency in social media analytics tools and paid advertising platforms.

○ Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing trends, and regulatory compliance.

○ Ability to handle crisis communication and investor relations updates.

● Preferred: Experience in managing investor relations communication and corporate social media.
