We work with dynamic brands and are now looking for a sharp, creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our in-house team. Role Overview: As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice of multiple brands across social platforms. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end execution — from strategy to content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics — all while working closely with our creative and performance teams at our Mumbai office. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.) Build monthly content calendars and manage daily posting schedules. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing creatives and reels. Write clear, engaging, brand-aligned copy for posts, stories, and captions. Monitor trends and competitor activity; pitch creative campaign ideas. Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights. Handle online engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and queries in real-time. Coordinate with clients, influencers, and internal teams as needed. Requirements: 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital agency. Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands. Strong understanding of content, audience behavior, and platform algorithms. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
