Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate our target audience. Key Responsibilities
Conceptualization and Design:
Conceptualize, visualize, and design creative assets based on project briefs and business objectives.
Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for a wide range of materials, including:
Digital: Social media content, website graphics, email marketing visuals, digital advertisements, presentations.
Print: Brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, signage, reports, and magazine layouts.
Incorporate and apply design principles (e.g., color theory, typography, hierarchy, balance, and composition) to enhance the visual appeal and clarity of the designs.
Branding and Consistency:
Maintain and evolve the visual identity and brand guidelines across all platforms and projects.
Ensure all graphic outputs are consistent with the company's brand voice and visual standards.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketing specialists, project managers, and web developers, to ensure cohesive messaging and design execution.
Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback effectively and strategically revising designs as needed.
Production and Technical Execution:
Prepare and finalize files for both digital and print production, ensuring all technical requirements (e.g., resolution, color modes, bleeds) are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience & Education:
