The Graphic Designer (India-Based) is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across digital, print, and video platforms. The role spans brand-aligned design, motion graphics, and content creation for campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations. This role is not limited to execution, its about creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and bringing entrepreneurial flair to how design communicates, engages, and scales.
This position requires a balance of creative design expertise and technical execution. The Graphic Designer will not only deliver day-to-day assets but also support the development of campaign concepts and visual storytelling that can scale across multiple brands, stakeholders, and external clients. Working closely with marketing, content, and product teams, the role ensures visual outputs are engaging, consistent, and aligned with both strategic objectives and evolving audience needs.

Team Structure
Graphic Designer works collaboratively with content creators, marketers, web developers, and campaign managers, supporting both internal brand initiatives and external client projects across the Streamline Business Group.
Role Responsibilities
- Design visual assets for digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, ads, brochures, presentations, logos, and banners.
- Translate creative briefs into visually engaging concepts while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Create motion graphics, product explainers, testimonial edits, intro/outro animations, and transitions.
- Develop platform-optimized graphics and short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create animated assets (GIFs, reels, etc.) aligned with campaigns and support A/B testing with visual variations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to storyboard, brainstorm, and deliver campaign concepts.
- Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and project backups.
- Optimize files for digital and print without loss of quality, exporting in formats such as JPG, PNG, SVG, MP4, and GIF.

Selection Criteria
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Minimum 3 years work experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, with basic sound design experience.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design platforms is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create both static and motion content for digital campaigns.
- Strong project and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Receptive to feedback and open to revisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in fast-paced, campaign-driven environments (agencies/startups preferred).
- A portfolio showcasing both graphic and video design capabilities.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Understanding of video editing tools: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, plus basic sound design.
- Knowledge of design principles: layout, typography, color theory, composition.
- Understanding of brand expression and how to maintain consistency across platforms.
- Awareness of social media content formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
