Role & responsibilities J ob description Position Summary: With the continued growth of the business, Streamline is seeking Data Capture and Validation Operator. This role is required to provide data validation services to clients based in Australia and New Zealand. Team Structure: Within the heart of our Data Entry Team, the desired role is pivotal. Reporting directly to the data entry team lead, you will collect and enter data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail. Role Responsibilities: Analytical skills are required for account-related data capture and validation. Verifying of data extracted by our application software for correctness to the source document. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks and meet deadlines in our fast-paced environment. Work with the client to ensure all client deliverables are met. Role Expectations: Background knowledge and experience in accounts payable will be a distinct advantage. Good understanding of data integrity. Excellent keyboard skills, including a high degree of accuracy. Exceptional reading skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and is a team player. A strategic mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Selection Criteria: A minimum of six months experience as data entry operator. Typing speed and accuracy. Attention to detail. Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks. Comply with data integrity and security policies.
