Job Description

Role Overview

multi-skilled Graphic Designer

design, brand management, and day-to-day coordination

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design (70%)

Develop
social media creatives, packaging, branding materials, brochures, and website graphics
Create marketing campaigns and digital assets for multiple skincare brands
Work on
product visuals, photoshoots, and short-form videos/reels
for marketing
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs

Admin & Coordination (30%)

Maintain
product data and marketing reports
using MS Excel and Word
Prepare presentations and documents for internal and external communication
Perform
data entry
related to clients, products, and campaigns
Coordinate with
marketing and PR agencies
to share assets, track deliverables, and follow up on campaign timelines
Liaise with
vendors, printers, and partners
for packaging or branding materials
Assist in
organizing photoshoots
, tracking samples, and ensuring timely execution
Support the marketing team with
general admin and operational tasks

Skills & Tools

Design:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Lightroom, Figma
Video Editing:
DaVinci Resolve, CapCut (or equivalent)
Office Tools:
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal/external teams
