Role Summary The Business Development Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling premium and luxury skincare products to healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, luxury hotels, and spas. Key Responsibilities and Work Distribution Product Promotion and Sales (40%) Promote and sell premium and luxury skincare products to dermatologists, luxury hotels, and spas. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Product Knowledge and Advice (15%) Stay updated on the latest developments in skincare and dermatology to provide accurate and relevant product advice. Offer guidance on how to use products effectively, tailoring recommendations based on client needs. Market Intelligence and Reporting (10%) Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client interactions to the Regional Manager. Administrative and Logistics Support (5%) Manage documentation related to sales activities, client interactions, and product inventory. Coordinate with stockists and logistics teams to ensure smooth distribution and timely delivery of products. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree, preferably in B Pharma. Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation, preferably with dermatological products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
