Role Overview

strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and highly organized someone who can move seamlessly between strategy, design direction, content creation, event execution, and digital performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Strategy

• Develop and execute the

  overall marketing strategy

  aligned with BBBs sales goals and brand positioning.
• Build and manage the

  brand identity

  for BBB and our partner brands in India.
• Collaborate with

  international brand teams

  to ensure global brand consistency.
• Create and maintain the

  brand guideline manual

  for internal and partner use.

2. Clinic & Doctor Engagement

• Design

  clinic activation kits

  , in-clinic branding, and sample visibility tools.
• Develop

  marketing collaterals

  (flyers, standees, digital assets) tailored for dermatologists and skincare professionals.
• Support the

  sales team

  with engagement tools, product promotions, and educational marketing initiatives.

3. Digital & Social Media

• Own and manage BBBs

  Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital content strategy

  .
• Oversee

  content creation, reels, campaigns

  , and paid promotions in coordination with designers and agencies.
• Track performance metrics — followers, reach, engagement, and conversions — ensuring measurable digital growth.

4. Product Launches & Events

• Plan and execute

  brand and product launch campaigns

  , from pre-launch buzz to post-launch engagement.
• Organize

  doctor meets, CMEs, KOL sessions, and national showcase events

  .
• Coordinate

  logistics, communication, and event ROI tracking

  .

• Travel

  for brand representation at select national events, exhibitions, and conferences as required.

5. Internal Marketing Support

• Partner with sales for

  regional promotions, seasonal campaigns

  , and clinic-level marketing plans.
• Maintain

  monthly marketing calendars

  and ensure consistent message, tone, and design across touchpoints.
• Manage

  vendors, agencies, and printers

  for timely and high-quality deliverables.

6. Reporting & Analytics

• Track

  marketing ROI

  , campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
• Prepare

  monthly marketing reports and dashboards

  for management review.
• Recommend

  data-driven improvements

  for campaign performance and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.

• Experience:

  3–6 years in

  FMCG, beauty, skincare, pharma, or wellness marketing.

• Strong grasp of

  both offline (B2B) and digital marketing

  .
• Proficiency in

  Canva, PowerPoint, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and CRM tools.

• Excellent

  communication, planning, and multitasking

  skills.
• Aesthetic sense and understanding of

  dermatology / skincare category

  preferred.
• Must be

  Hyderabad-based

  and open to

  occasional travel

  for events and conferences.
