Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Training Manager Skincare & Wellness (Trainer & Brand Educator) who will be the central knowledge hub for all our brands and the bridge between training, education, and sales.

This role is a perfect blend of corporate training, product education, and field enablement ensuring our internal teams and partner clinics/spas are empowered with deep product understanding, strong demonstration skills, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Knowledge Hub & Product Expertise

  • Be the go-to expert on all BBB brand products ingredients, benefits, usage protocols, and brand philosophies.
  • Maintain and continuously update the internal knowledge library, including training decks, SOPs, product data sheets, and videos.
  • Support the Marketing and BD (Business Development Executives) teams with technical product inputs and content validation.
  • Track competitor trends, treatment styles, and spa/wellness innovations to keep BBB brands ahead of the curve.

2. Internal Learning & Development

  • Conduct monthly internal L&D sessions for BD, KAMs (Key Account Managers), and new hires, covering product knowledge, brand storytelling, demo techniques, and soft skills.
  • Design structured onboarding modules for new sales staff.
  • Evaluate learning outcomes through quizzes, assessments, and role-play feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR and Ops to standardize internal training frameworks.

3. External Client Training & Demo Execution

  • Conduct in-clinic training sessions for therapists, aestheticians, and doctors to enhance brand understanding and product confidence.
  • Deliver live product demos and treatment workshops to support brand positioning and clinic-level conversions.
  • Ensure each training translates to measurable sales opportunities, maintaining a demo-to-order conversion rate of 60%.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with demo done clinics and spa teams through education-led engagement.

4. Sales Enablement & Business Impact

  • Collaborate closely with BD/KAM teams to plan demo calendars and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor ROI from training efforts (sessions conversions reorders).
  • Support key accounts with refresher sessions, product updates, and brand immersion activities.
  • Provide field insights and client feedback to the brand, sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

5. Content Development & Documentation

  • Develop and maintain training materials decks, manuals, SOPs, and short-form videos.
  • Create tiered training modules (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for different levels of clinic engagement.
  • Maintain detailed logs of training sessions, demo reports, and feedback summaries in the system.

6. Travel & Coordination

  • Conduct on-site trainings and demos in various cities (travel expenses reimbursed).
  • Coordinate with Operations and BD teams to ensure training kits, sample products, and materials are ready prior to visits.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Certification in Spa Therapy / Skincare / Wellness Management (CIBTAC, CIDESCO preferred)
  • 36 years of experience in spa training, product education, or corporate L&D within beauty, skincare, or wellness sectors
  • Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, facial and body therapies, and rituals
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (English essential)
  • Tech-friendly: ability to create and deliver digital training materials (PowerPoint, video, etc.)
  • Passionate, confident, and outcome-oriented professional with a love for continuous learning
