Job Description:

As a Training Manager, you will set the path to success by managing performance and service
quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. You are also expected to:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Full program ownership and accountability for end-to-end training and performance deliveryacross new hire and production teams• Responsible for the relationship management and cadence of training related updates,progression, and initiatives to internal and external client stakeholders• Assess/Analyze/Monitors overall program results and provides training action plans toaddress knowledge and skill gaps. Works with Service Delivery, Operations Excellence,Quality and other departments, in identifying consultant/support populations that requiretraining that will impact results• Assess, plan, solution, and manage to identified needs while driving success requirementsacross performance and initiative goals• Evaluate levels of overall training effectiveness, opportunities, needs, and requiredenhancement to create an ever evolving and continuously developing learning environmentthat leads to success outcomes• Cadence and reporting updates through multiple modes of communications and throughmechanisms such as business reviews to provide transparency on overall training healthy,effectiveness, trends, progression, and statuses across requirements and initiatives• Responsible for the placement, development, and overall management of training teammembers and bench strength

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Require sales or retention experience (at least a year) within the BPO space.

  • Minimum of 5-year BPO experience with at least 3 years of managing Sales Training and Development business unit.

  • A bachelors degree in any field with Masters/MBA is preferred.
  • Ability to use MS Office applications: Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build networks within and across functions through proactive communication
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong work ethics, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities
