Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Company: Rohan Corporation Location: Bejai, Man-galore Experience: 1 to 4 years Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: Rohan Corporation, a leading real estate and development firm based in Mangalore, is looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation. Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media (organic and paid), and display advertising campaigns. Plan, create, and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Design, build, and maintain the social media presence and monitor engagement. Work closely with the sales and design team to align marketing strategies with business goals. Manage online reputation and respond to customer reviews/comments. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 1 to 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing. Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital tools. Strong knowledge of content creation, copy writing, and visual design principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms is a plus. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or WordPress is a plus.
