Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial projects
Handle site sales operations and ensure smooth walk-ins and client interactions
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents
Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present data to senior management
Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, site visits, and promotional activities
Handle high-value client negotiations and deal closures
Ensure compliance with RERA norms and company policies
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Proven track record in real estate sales closures
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects is mandatory
