Job Title: Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, advertisements, and social media graphics.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the brand's vision and objectives.

- Create and modify digital assets, ensuring consistency in design elements and brand guidelines.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously improve creative output.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 3+ years as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually impactful designs.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare design files for print production, ensuring correct resolution, color profiles, bleed, and margins.
• Operate and maintain various printing machines (e.g., digital printers, large format printers, offset printers) to produce high-quality prints.
• Monitor print jobs during production to ensure color accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot printing issues and perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
