Google AdWords Specialist (Noida)

Job Description: We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Expert with a proven track record in lead generation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing high-performing campaigns, optimizing ROI, and consistently delivering quality leads through Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, etc.). You will play a key role in driving our customer acquisition strategy and fueling our growth through paid search advertising. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. Develop effective ad copy, creatives, and landing page strategies to maximize conversions. Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, budgets, and targeting. Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking to measure and analyze ROI. Run A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments. Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, tools, and algorithm updates. Collaborate with the content, SEO, and design teams to align messaging and creative strategy. Manage multiple campaigns across different geographies and customer segments. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management with a focus on lead generation. Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, PMax, YouTube Ads). Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Proven success in lowering CPL (Cost Per Lead) and increasing lead quality. Experience with CRM tools and lead funnel integration (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Google Ads Certification is preferred. Excellent communication and time management skills. Agency experience is a plus but not required.
