Job Description: Senior Digital Marketing Executive About the Role We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing strategies focused on attracting international buyers and Indian exporters. This role requires a strong emphasis on B2B lead generation, LinkedIn marketing, content creation, SEO, email nurturing, and performance analytics. The selected candidate will work closely with the Business Development team to convert qualified leads into active business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute social media and outreach campaigns targeting specific geographies and defined buyer personas. Manage organic and paid digital campaigns (with an initial focus on organic growth) and maintain structured content calendars. Create and publish high-quality B2B content, including case studies, articles, buyer guides, and industry insights. Develop lead magnets (industry reports, guides), landing pages, and automated email nurturing workflows. Optimize the company website and career pages for SEO, user experience, and lead conversion. Manage CRM processes, including lead imports, tagging, tracking, and seamless handover to the Business Development team. Monitor campaign performance, prepare weekly analytics and lead reports, and implement continuous improvements to enhance ROI. Design professional marketing assets for proposals, LinkedIn posts, and short trust-building videos (3090 seconds). Requirements Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, content marketing, and lead generation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating technical or industry-specific B2B content for international audiences. Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, Google Ads, Canva, and basic video-editing tools. Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset.
