We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (On-Site, Indore)

The Role

You’ll own end-to-end social campaigns for QTP and our clients—researching trends, crafting calendars, writing copy, securing approvals, managing a small team, posting across platforms, and continually optimizing for impact—all while keeping clients delighted and deadlines met.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Partnership:

  Act as the primary point of contact—gather brief, present calendars, incorporate feedback, and build trust with ease and poise.

• Content Strategy & Copywriting:

  Research industry trends and audience insights to write engaging posts, captions, scripts and briefs that align with brand voice.

• Editorial Calendar:

  Develop, maintain and socialize a detailed content calendar—ensuring timely approvals and smooth hand-offs to design and production.

• Team Leadership:

  Coordinate designers, copywriters and video editors—assign tasks, provide feedback, and keep deliverables on track.

• Platform Management & Posting:

  Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc., adhering to best practices and brand guidelines.

• Performance & Optimization:

  Monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions), build reports, and iterate campaigns for continuous improvement.

• Ongoing Research:

  Stay on top of platform algorithm changes, emerging formats and competitor activity to keep our strategies cutting-edge.

What You Bring

• Experience:

  2–4 years managing B2B/B2C social channels, ideally in an agency or in-house creative team.

• Communication & Poise:

  Exceptional copywriting and client-facing skills—able to handle feedback and pressure with calm professionalism.

• Strategic Mindset:

  Strong research chops and data-driven decision-making to fuel content that converts.

• Leadership:

  Proven ability to guide a small team, delegate effectively and ensure high-quality, on-time output.

• Tools & Tech:

  Fluent in scheduling & analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout), plus MS Office or Google Workspace.
