Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive global client acquisition. The role involves lead generation, Upwork & LinkedIn outreach, sales pitching, account management, and building long-term client relationships. You will collaborate with our creative teams to deliver impactful projects in animation and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads via Upwork, LinkedIn & other platforms

• Conduct research & identify global business opportunities
• Pitch & present proposals, negotiate, and close deals
• Manage accounts & ensure client satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, lead generation & sales (freshers with strong English & sales drive can apply)

• Strong sales t

  echniques, negotiation &

  communication skills

• Excellent

  command of

  English

  (spoken & written)
• Knowledge of animation, CGI & digital media is preferred
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
