Job Description

Designation: Business Development Executive/ Manager

7-8 years of experience in field sales, customer service, customer relationship management,

Roles and Responsibilities

(a)Customer Acquisition and Lead Generation

Identify potential customers in shipping and logistics industry through market research and cold call
Develop sales leads and build a good pipeline of potential clients.
Convert qualified leads into customers quickly and constantly grow revenue and profit
Explore new business opportunities, potential markets, and customer segments to expand the companys presence

Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as defined by the companys objectives.
Drive revenue growth by actively pursuing and closing new business deals with small, medium, and large enterprises.
Regularly track, analyze, and report on sales performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

3.

Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers to ensure retention and customer satisfaction.
Serve as primary point of contact for high-value clients and resolve any issues related to services, billing, or other concerns.
Proactively gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to the companys logistics services.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 7-8 years of experience in field sales, customer service, customer relationship management,

key account management etc.

. Knowledge of FTL/ bulk transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, import, export, courier etc. will be an advantage

Good communication skills

Education

Graduate/ Post Graduates in any discipline
Fresh MBAs can also apply for Management trainee positions

Location

Place of posting will be
Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Gurgaon and Bhubaneswar.
