Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to drive growth, build partnerships, and expand our student outreach. The ideal candidate is target-driven, passionate about sales, education, and career development, and eager to make an impact in the EdTech/Training industry. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with corporates, institutions, and training partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, students, and stakeholders. Understand learners career goals and pitch relevant training solutions. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle lead generation, counselling, follow-ups, and closures. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute growth strategies. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Desired Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
