Role Overview

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with corporates, institutions, and training partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, students, and stakeholders.
Understand learners career goals and pitch relevant training solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle lead generation, counselling, follow-ups, and closures.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute growth strategies.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
Understanding of EdTech/Training industry (preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales. (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.)
