Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and manage client inquiries for
commercial, residential, and high-rise projects
in Noida Extension.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and explain project highlights, pricing, and payment plans.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options.
Maintain strong product knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming projects in Noida Extension.
Coordinate with channel partners, builders, and internal teams for booking formalities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper follow-ups with clients.
Manage CRM entries, documentation, and post-sales support.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and on-ground sales campaigns.

Required Skills:

Strong communication & presentation skills.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to handle commercial and residential inventory.
Knowledge of Noida Extension real estate market preferred.
Comfortable with field work & site visits.
Basic MS Office / CRM knowledge.

Qualifications:

Graduation preferred.
Prior real estate sales experience (15 years) in commercial/residential segments.
