We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager who can also handle executive responsibilities to support brand growth and business operations.

Job Description

As a Social Media Manager cum Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency, drive engagement, generate leads, and support executive-level communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow company presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, blogs, infographics).
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an online community.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital activities with business development and executive communication.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and professional reports for management.
  • Support brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and online reputation management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Hands-on skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation.
  • Creative mindset with analytical thinking.
