Role Overview

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to design and execute India-focused go-to-market strategies, drive acquisition and retention across stakeholder segments, and scale product engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM and growth strategy across channels and segments.
• Acquire and retain agents, owners, builders, and end users with targeted programs.
• Improve MAU/DAU and engagement through lifecycle, content, SEO/ASO, and paid campaigns.
• Build and optimize conversion funnels; run A/B tests and experiments.
• Plan and manage budgets with a clear ROI framework.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations to align growth goals and roadmaps.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for performance visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, digital marketing, or brand management, preferably in India-focused markets.
• Demonstrated success in multi-segment user acquisition and retention.
• Hands-on expertise across paid media, SEO/ASO, content/lifecycle marketing, and analytics.
• Strong command of funnel analytics, experimentation, and cohort analysis.
• Experience managing budgets and agencies; comfort with leadership and cross-functional work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Success Metrics

• Monthly acquisition targets by segment (agents, owners, builders, end users).
• MAU/DAU growth and key engagement rates.
• Lead-to-conversion improvements across the funnel.
• CAC, LTV, and payback period performance.
• Campaign ROI and channel efficiency.
• Retention and repeat usage by segment.
