We serve fast-moving B2B/B2C audiences and scale online presence through data-driven content, community engagement, and short-form video campaigns. This remote internship (India) supports the marketing team in executing growth-focused social strategies across key platforms.Social Media Marketing Intern (Remote) — IndiaRole & Responsibilities
  • Create platform-specific assets: write engaging captions, design visuals, and produce short-form video (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Own the content calendar: plan, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube using scheduling tools; ensure timely cross-channel execution.
  • Manage community and customer-facing interactions: respond to comments/DMs, nurture audience relationships, and escalate leads or feedback to relevant teams.
  • Measure and report performance: pull channel metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports (reach, impressions, engagement, CTR), and recommend optimisations driven by data.
  • Support campaign execution: assist with influencer outreach, creative testing for paid social, A/B experiments, and themed content initiatives.
  • Monitor trends and competitors: surface timely content ideas, hashtag and trend opportunities, and contribute to growth experiments that increase organic reach.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; eligible to work remotely from India.
  • Practical experience (coursework, projects, or 3–12 months internship) creating social content and managing community interactions.
  • Strong written English with ability to craft concise captions, CTAs and social copy for diverse audiences.
  • Basic graphic and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Rush or similar) to produce quick turnaround assets.
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) and basic analytics (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Reliable remote-work habits, time management, and collaborative communication in distributed teams.

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience producing short-form video that drove measurable engagement or follower growth.
  • Exposure to paid-social creative testing, influencer collaborations, or basic performance-marketing metrics.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, hashtag strategy and content optimisation for discoverability.
