About The Opportunity
We are hiring a proactive Social Media Marketing Intern to own day-to-day content creation, community engagement, and growth experiments across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This role is ideal for a creative communicator who understands short-form video, visual storytelling, and e‑commerce performance metrics.Role & Responsibilities
- Create and schedule platform-optimized content (feed posts, Stories, Reels, TikTok) from concept to publish aligned to a weekly content calendar.
- Write crisp, on-brand captions and CTAs that drive engagement, website visits, and conversions for product drops and campaigns.
- Edit short-form video and image assets using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools to meet format and aspect-ratio requirements.
- Manage daily community interactions—respond to comments/DMs, flag trends, and escalate customer queries to operations when necessary.
- Track performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, CTR) and run simple A/B content tests to improve results.
- Support micro-influencer outreach and coordination for product seeding and UGC collection.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Current student or recent graduate with 0–2 years of hands-on social media experience (internships, campus clubs, freelancing, or personal brand).
- Strong written communication and storytelling—able to write clear, concise captions with effective CTAs.
- Practical experience creating short-form video and static creative using Canva, CapCut, or basic Adobe tools.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook features and native analytics; comfortable reading engagement reports.
- Organised, deadline-driven, and capable of following a content calendar for regular posting cadence.
Preferred
- Exposure to e‑commerce or fashion brand social accounts, plus a portfolio or links to published posts.
- Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite) and basic Google Analytics familiarity.
