The Role Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals. Manage and grow presence across all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Threads, etc.). Create and maintain a monthly content calendar with key campaigns, property promotions, and relevant events. Monitor industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to stay ahead. Team Coordination Lead and collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content writers, graphic designers, marketing executives) to produce cohesive and effective campaigns. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns. Act as the central point of communication between all creative and technical teams. Content & Creative Oversight Review and approve all social media posts, graphics, videos, and captions. Collaborate with content writers to ensure engaging and SEO-optimized content. Provide creative direction for design assets and ensure brand consistency across all visuals. SEO & Digital Integration Work with the SEO team to align social media efforts with organic search goals. Use insights to optimize content for reach and discoverability. Monitor traffic from social to website and suggest ways to increase qualified leads. Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, followers). Analyze data and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights. Use analytics to continually refine strategies and boost ROI. Campaigns & Advertising Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on social platforms, ensuring targeted reach. Work with marketing to create lead-generation funnels and retargeting strategies. Test different ad creatives, copy, and audience segments for performance. Requirements Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience managing social media, preferably in real estate or a similar field. Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and digital trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, and CRM platforms. Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
