As we scale, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn't just “post content” but leads conversations, builds narratives, and owns the digital voice of brands.

Role Overview – Social Media Manager

You’ll be the face behind our clients’ digital presence. This role is equal parts strategy, execution, communication, and analytics. You’ll lead content planning, work closely with designers, writers, and ad experts, and drive high-engagement campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands
• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely and aligned output
• Write and supervise platform-specific copy (reels, carousels, captions, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics and generate monthly reports using insights tools
• Engage with the audience, manage DMs/comments, and grow community organically
• Stay updated with platform trends and implement new content formats
• Liaise with clients weekly for updates, approvals, and campaign alignment
• Support influencer marketing and shoot concepts as needed

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• 2–4 years of agency or in-house SMM experience
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube dynamics
• A keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand tone
• Strong copywriting and content strategy skills
• Prior experience in handling influencer collaboration is a bonus
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Sheets, and Notion

Pay: ₹10,036.39 - ₹30,000.00 per month
