Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, a good understanding of brand storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling graphics across digital and print platforms.

You will work closely with the content, marketing, and strategy teams to create designs that not only look great but also deliver measurable impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design visual content for social media, websites, campaigns, print, and brand collateral.
• Create layouts, illustrations, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas.
• Ensure consistency and high quality across all design outputs.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh concepts to the table.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Adapt and resize creatives for various digital platforms and ad formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and/or Figma/Canva.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing will be a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹15,163.61 - ₹46,549.08 per month
