• 5-8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work and creative problem-solving.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, InDesign, and After Effects) is required. Candidates with animation/motion graphic skills will be a plus.

• Illustration skills are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of pitch decks and investor presentations

  , ensuring a high-impact visual narrative that effectively communicates business vision and brand value. (Primary Responsibility)
• Develop compelling visual concepts that align with the brand’s identity, tone, and strategic objectives.
• Create and manage a wide range of marketing materials, taking ownership of all creative assets — including digital campaigns, social media graphics, and print collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Leadership) to understand project goals and deliver design solutions that drive measurable impact.
• Maintain a balance between
