  • We’re looking for a dynamic

    Social Media Manager & English Content Writer

    who can lead social media strategy and content creation across platforms. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, with a sharp eye for trends, tone, and audience behavior and experience with Government client is must.



Key Responsibilities



Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for government, ministry social media accounts.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and audience engagement across platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and optimize content based on insights
  • Coordinate with design and video teams for multimedia content
  • Ensure brand tone, compliance, and messaging consistency across all accounts

English Content Writing & Curation

  • Write high-quality English content: captions, blogs, press notes, scripts, newsletters, and campaign copy
  • Curate content calendars aligned with client goals and public communication standards
  • Conduct research for policy-related, cultural, and brand-specific content
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and impact
  • Collaborate with client teams to align messaging with strategic objectives



Client Servicing

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable digital strategies
  • Conduct regular review meetings and share performance updates
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content
  • Build strong relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving



Data Reporting & Insights

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and platform insights
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations
  • Present data-driven insights to internal teams and clients
  • Identify trends and opportunities for content optimization



🧠 Requirements

  • 4–5 years of total experience in social media management along with English content writing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing social media for Government accounts
  • Proven track record of handling government/ministry accounts and private brands
  • Strong command of written English with a flair for storytelling and public communication
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with professionalism
  • Prior agency or public sector experience is highly preferred
