Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join the Deeshuumm team. This role requires a versatile professional who can develop engaging content, coordinate with clients, and drive measurable growth across our social media platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Marketing Develop and write compelling scripts for video content, reels, and social media campaigns Create engaging marketing content that aligns with brand voice and objectives Plan and execute content calendars across multiple social media platforms Design visual content and coordinate with creative teams for multimedia assets Monitor trending topics and adapt content strategies accordingly Client Coordination Serve as primary point of contact for social media clients Present campaign strategies, progress reports, and performance metrics to clients Collaborate with clients to understand their brand requirements and marketing goals Manage client feedback and implement revisions efficiently Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service Growth & Strategy Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness Analyze social media metrics and prepare detailed performance reports Identify growth opportunities and optimize content based on data insights Stay updated with social media algorithm changes and platform updates Execute paid social media campaigns and manage advertising budgets Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Proven track record of growing social media accounts and engagement Excellent writing skills with experience in scriptwriting and content creation Strong client communication and project management skills Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative content ideas Preferred SkillsExperience with video editing software and graphic design tools Knowledge of paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles Experience working with diverse clients across different industries What We OfferCompetitive salary package Opportunity to work with diverse and exciting clients Creative freedom and professional growth opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment
