Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
• Create engaging content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to produce scroll-stopping visuals, captions, and reels.
• Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and new features across social media platforms.
• Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and influencer collaborations.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.).
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brand pages and campaigns simultaneously.
• Knowledge of digital trends, meme culture, and influencer marketing is a plus.
