About the Role We are looking for a Brand & Digital Marketing Manager who will own all customer-facing brand touchpoints across digital channels. From social media and email campaigns to website visuals and seasonal launches, you will ensure our brand is consistently represented with excellence. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role: you will plan, execute, and measure digital campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and e-commerce growth. Success in this role means delivering measurable improvements in KPIs while elevating our brand storytelling. What You’ll Do Digital & E-Commerce Marketing Build and manage the marketing calendar across product launches, seasons, and holidays. Own Klaviyo email marketing: segmentation, flows, newsletters, promotions, and reporting. Oversee website merchandising updates: banners, collection landing pages, and seasonal creatives. Coordinate storytelling across email, social, and on-site experiences Brand Management & Content Ensure all visuals, copy, and campaigns reflect our home décor brand identity. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and creative partners to deliver strong campaigns. Maintain consistent voice, visuals, and style across every channel. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in digital marketing / brand management, ideally in e-commerce or lifestyle/home décor. Hands-on experience with social media, Klaviyo (or similar email platforms), and e-commerce merchandising (Shopify preferred). Strong creative sensibility with an eye for design and storytelling. Data-driven mindset with a track record of delivering KPI growth. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results.
